Domaine Christophe Camu is family estate in its 7th generation. The 13 hectares of vines cover the four appellations Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. Christophe ferments all his wines at cool temperature using natural yeasts and produces pure, crisp and mineral whites.
Fresh aromas of green apple, lemon peel, and a wonderful saline minerality. Round on the palate and well-balanced with a crisp acidity.
