Pale pink, mouthwatering red berries and citrus, and honestly ridiculous value for wine from one of our favourite Languedoc producers. Gayda make this from grapes grown on limestone-rich soil near Carcassonne, which is a fancy way of saying it’s got a lovely bit of freshness underneath all that fruit. The name’s a nod to the early airmail pilots who used to fly over the estate — nothing to do with the wine’s ability to disappear fast, though it does that too.
