Pale gold in the glass, the nose is immediately engaging — fresh apple and pear mingle with peach, citrus, and grapefruit, underpinned by that unmistakable herby, white pepper lift that is the hallmark of great Grüner Veltliner. On the palate it’s lively and mineral-driven, with a beautifully focused acidity and a long, tropical fruit finish that circles back to a fresh, peppery flourish. Endlessly food-friendly and utterly satisfying.
