Made from organically farmed Syrah and Grenache in the sun-drenched vineyards of the Languedoc, this L’Entente Bio rosé is a wine with real personality and a clear conscience. Vibrant salmon-pink in the glass, the nose is expressive and generous — ripe strawberry, watermelon, and a hint of violet, with a subtle peppery spice from the Syrah that adds a lovely savoury edge. On the palate it’s dry and refreshing, with a juicy mid-palate, bright acidity, and a clean, fruit-forward finish. Organic farming at its most delicious.
