If Puligny-Montrachet is the most celebrated white wine village in the world, Saint-Aubin is its best-kept secret. Tucked just behind Puligny on the western side of the Côte de Beaune, Saint-Aubin shares the same limestone soils, the same Chardonnay vines, and many of the same winemakers — yet carries a fraction of the name recognition, and with it, a fraction of the price.
