A wonderfully clean and fresh Chardonnay with lovely apple, spiced pears, white flowers and stony mineral notes along with a long finish. A small proportion of the wine is aged in oak to give strength, texture and a creamy character. The grapes come from a single vineyard just outside Puligny Montrachet and given Burgundy prices is excellent value for money.
