Made entirely from Chardonnay using the traditional method, it has the elegance and precision you’d expect from a region that knows its way around the grape. The nose is fresh and inviting — green apple, lemon zest, and white blossom, with a delicate brioche note that adds a lovely toasty complexity. On the palate the bubbles are fine and persistent, the acidity is crisp and mouthwatering, and the finish is clean and satisfying. At this price, it’s one of the best value fizzes we stock — and it’s good enough to serve at any occasion without apology.
