Jerome is originally from the Loire valley and settled in Burgundy with a tiny 0.05 hectare plot, today he farms 5 hectares in Gevrey-Chambertin and has been certified as Biodynamic since 2015.
This one is produced from four individual plots on the estate, and spends 16 months maturing in oak. On the palate you get loads of red berry fruit and spice all integrating perfectly, and in a silky texture to the wine and just a touch of acidity and you get this absolutely stunning wine!
