I don't think you could get a more random wine than this, made by three anonymous New Zealand wine makers, it's unfiltered, unfined, no sulphur and is a blend of Pinot Noir and Viognier. Supple and cloudy with nice sweet, alluring, spicy raspberry and cherry fruit. No sulphites until bottling. There’s a juicy, grippy edge to the fruit with some nice spicy hints.
