In the glass it has a pale yellow colour with some green hues. Om the nose the more herbaceous profile of the Sauvignon Blanc stands out and then citrus notes (pink grapefruit and lemon) appear, as well as some tropical fruits (pineapple and passion fruit). On the palate it is juicy and with medium to high acidity, which makes it a fresh wine with a persistent finish.
