2017 Negretti Barolo DOCG

You get this wonderful blend of red and dark berry fruit, with these wonderful sweet spices of clove and cinnamon coming through from the background that just work perfectly with the fruit, on the finish it has that classic Italian sour cherry acidity to it and plenty of fine and silky tannins that just glide over your tongue, a real joy of a glass of wine. While this already has five years of bottle age it's still showing loads of youthful characteristics that will help it go at least another 10 years it not more.
