Thursday 15th November - Chateau Capion Dinner - £40pp

Tonight we welcome Howard from Chateau Capion here for the evening to taste his wines, paired with a 3 course French inspired menu. 

They are based down in the Languedoc, they are one of the producers using the the region rising star AOP - Terrasses du Larzac. All of there wines are blends of the regional varieties, including Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Rousanne, Bourboulenc to name but a few, the wines are delicious and pair with food amazingly.
