2021 Vandal Pet Bat

Vandal is a cool little collaboration between three of Marlboroughs biggest winemakers. Unfortunately they have decided to remain anonymous - the threat of the general pubic working out how cool natural wine can be was just too high. 

Pet Bat is compeletly hand harvested from a 30 year old single vineyard in the southern valleys. The grapes were gently pressed before being confermented in french barriques. With 10g/l of residual sugar this pet nat has a touch of sweetness, which we think makes it even more drinkable!
