Produced from 100% Melville Pinot Noir from the Sta. Rita Hills estate, 40% of the fruit was fermented as whole-clusters with 60% gently de-stemmed in small, open top fermenters. On the nose, lively aromatics of raspberry, black cherry and cranberry are accompanied by herbal and sweet spice notes. Soft on the palate with bright acidity, silky tannins and earthy complexity.
