2017 Glup Cinsault

Made using native yeasts, bush vine grapes and aged in an “Amphora” for 6 months after fermentation, giving this wine a striking flavour profile. A very pale red colour, it has a nose of red fruit and wild herbs which follow onto the palate with an almost BBQ savoury note, add in the soft juicy tannins and a good acidity, bringing a  freshness to the wine.
